A dream of spring typically comes with sunshine, but sometimes what creates magic is a visit from rain…

Lucy and Vijay hosted loved ones who’ve traveled in to California to celebrate their wedding last April at The Gardens at Heather Farms. We served Chinese-, Indian-, and Californian-inspired dishes, including Hainanese Chicken Rice, Aloo Chana Chaat, Roasted Eggplant with Mango & Macadamia Salsa, Tofu Garlic Noodles, Curry-Roasted Cauliflower, and Artichoke Fritters with Sriracha Aioli. Bartending service included Lychee Martini and a Mezcal Pineapple Sour. Bistro lights added an extra sprinkling of charm.
